1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We specialize in flexible bulk production to help brands scale. Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style/color for apparel. For complex bespoke items (footwear, specific bags), the MOQ may vary slightly.

2. What is your turnaround time for samples and bulk orders?

Sampling: Typically 7-12 business days.
Bulk Production: 15-25 business days after sample approval.
*Timelines may adjust based on the complexity of your Tech Pack (e.g., custom dyeing, heavy multi-color embroidery).

3. What manufacturing techniques do you offer?

As a mature backend facility, we own the machines. We excel in Premium Heavyweight Blanks (380GSM+), High-Density 3D & Flat Embroidery, Screen Printing, DTF (Direct to Film), Puff Printing, and custom washing techniques.

4. Do you provide custom labels and packaging (Private Labeling)?

Absolutely. We offer complete "retail-ready" services. This includes custom woven neck labels, size tags, wash care labels, hangtags, and branded polybags.

5. What are your shipping methods to the US and Europe?

We ship globally. For samples and fast drops, we use Air Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx) which takes 5-7 days. For large bulk orders, we offer highly cost-effective Sea Freight (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid) taking 20-30 days to your door.

6. What are your payment terms for bulk production?

We require a 50% deposit to begin bulk production. The remaining 50% balance is paid after strict Quality Assurance (QA) inspection and right before final shipment. We accept Bank Wire (T/T), and PayPal for sample fees.
