From Concept to Global Drop: How We Scale Your Streetwear Brand.
Consultation & Tech Pack Review
Send us your designs, Tech Packs, or reference samples. Our engineering team reviews the construction, fabric requirements (e.g., 380GSM heavy cotton), and specialized techniques (embroidery, DTF, etc.) to provide an accurate initial quote.
Prototyping & Sampling
Once the quote is accepted, we move to the sampling phase. We create a physical prototype of your garment, hat, shoe, or bag to verify the fit, color accuracy, and craftsmanship before bulk production begins.
Sample Approval & Bulk Order
You review the sample. We make any necessary refinements. Once you are 100% satisfied, you approve the final "Golden Sample," and we proceed with the bulk order contract and a 50% deposit to secure your production slot.
Manufacturing & Craftsmanship
Our mature backend facility in Guangzhou takes over. We handle fabric sourcing, cutting, high-density embroidery, printing, and sewing under strict supervision to ensure consistency across every single piece.
Quality Control & Final Inspection
Every item undergoes a multi-stage Quality Assurance (QA) check. We inspect stitch density, print durability, and measurements. We send you final production photos/videos for peace of mind before the balance payment.
Worldwide Secure Logistics
Once the balance is cleared, we ship your order via Air Express (DHL/FedEx) for fast drops or Sea Freight (DDP) for cost-effective bulk delivery. Your drop is now ready to hit the market.
